Alexandra Ayscough (born 24 December 1998) is an American Singer-Songwriter/ Drummer from Santa Barbara, California. Alexandra’s musical journey started when she received a drum set for her 12th birthday. This set her up to be a part of several bands in the years to come. She joined drumline and jazz band in High School where she competed across California and several other states. Alexandra knew from a young age she wanted to be a songwriter so teaching herself piano was the natural her next step for her to take. She spent most of her childhood listening to The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sublime, and Blink-182 while taking vocal notes singing along to Katy Perry and Kesha.

In December 2020, Alexandra independently released her debut EP “Play With Fire” with her brother/ musician Michael Ayscough and songwriter Erland Wanberg. Her personal sound is a combination of pop, indie rock, and alternative rock. Her song writing explores personal stories of romance and mental health.

In 2019, Alexandra moved to Los Angeles, CA to pursue her dreams in music. She attended The Los Angeles Recording School from 2019-2023 and earned an AA in Music Production and in BA in Audio Production.

In 2020, Alexandra’s song “Is This A Dream?” was played over local Santa Barbara radio station “KJEE” featured on there “Localize It Pick Of The Week”.
